Returns Policy applies to items that arrive damaged, dried out, or broken due to shipping/transit challenges. Customers may get a replacement or a credit note for the equivalent amount. Customer allergic reactions are not covered under the return policy.

If the product is not in stock, a credit note (coupon) of the same amount will be provided.

Change of mind, not liking product color, etc are NOT covered by the easy return policy.

Gifts purchased by a customer for others are NOT covered unless they meet the damaged, broken, or dried-out during transit criteria.

The return process must be initiated within three days of purchase.
